We absolutely loved our stay here - such a unique and artistic hotel! The location is perfect for sightseeing around the historic centro of this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with large and beautifully decorated rooms that were always clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the live music in the restaurant and the delicious breakfast that was included in our rate. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing transportation and recommending local dishes like chile en nogada and mole.

The complimentary breakfasts were delicious traditional Mexican food served in a delightful interior courtyard. The room was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and a balcony, filled with beautiful antiques but not cluttered. The bath was accessed through a padded hobbit door, adding a unique touch, and was spacious with great water pressure. The hotel had a colonial feel, giving the sense of staying in a historic home. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to help us secure a vase we liked and holding our bags after checkout.

During our New Year's stay at this unique hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful old-world touches and exquisite art. We loved the oversized keys and enjoyed people-watching from the balcony. The location was perfect--it was close to charming shops and tons of food options. We appreciated the spacious room with a lovely terrace that looked out into the street and was quiet at night.

The breakfast was included, but it wasn't amazing--the food wasn't so tasty, and it took a long time to come out. The fruit wasn't ripe, and some of the food was oversalted.

The room we stayed in had a small window facing the interior courtyard, which meant limited natural light. , there was some noise at night from a nearby bar on Friday and Saturday nights.
